Shapoorji Pallonji has established its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2009 as a branch company of Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC (51% Emirates & 49% Indian shareholding) and registered as a SAGIA company. M/s Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is a subsidiary of parent company M/s Shapoorji Pallonji Co. Ltd. India. SP complies local registration requirements and complies to ZAKAT and Saudization requirements as per Naqaqat Regulations.

SP Saudi has grown with time and operates from new office premises of ~ 4000 sft in prime location of Riyadh with all departments led by respective heads capable of meeting stringent deadlines to support project requirements.

Current Projects

Currently SP Saudi is executing two packages of prestigious Development of King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh. Scope of works include structure, finishes, Landscaping, External cladding, MEP, testing and commissioning, final handover and DLP maintenance. Each package consists of two towers consisting of 5 basements + 2 retail floors + residential and commercial towers of various heights (upto 23 floors) with unique features as Sky Bridge etc. Total area of construction is 1.32 million Sft.
